We are seeking a full-time, highly motivated, self-starter to join our team as a Surveyor in our Menomonie office.RESPONSIBILITIESField Data Collection: Perform field surveys, including topographical, boundary, and construction staking projects.Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and maintain survey instruments including GPS, Robotic Total Station, Levels, etc.Site Preparation: Clear brush and debris from survey lines, set iron rods, wooden stakes, and other monumentation.Data Management: Record accurate field notes, sketches, and digital data, transferring this information to the office for processing.Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and, when necessary, assist in organizing and cleaning field equipment and vehicles.Office Support: Assist in data reduction and preparation of basic CAD drawings or GIS mapping as needed.Municipal Construction: Assist with construction observation on municipal projects.QUALIFICATIONSAssociate's degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related field.3+ years of related survey experience preferred.Experience working with robotic and GPS field survey equipment.Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.Surveyor License in Wisconsin preferred but not required.Must possess a valid driver's license.Drone pilot license a plus.CONTACTHR Manager at careers@An Equal Opportunity Employer.
