Akkodis is seeking a Delivery Lead with Strong Business Analyst Background for a Contract job with a client in Charlotte, NC(Hybrid). Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in the financial services industry.Rate Range: $60-65/Hr; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Job Summary:We are seeking a high-performing Delivery Lead with a strong Business Analyst background to support strategic initiatives across CFO and Treasury programs. This role requires an expert communicator, analytical thinker, and process-driven professional who can work closely with both business stakeholders and technology teams to drive successful project outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analytics, issue triage, and cross-functional delivery within complex enterprise environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead delivery initiatives across CFO and Treasury-related programs and engagements.Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, end users, and SDLC technology teams.Perform detailed business analysis, documentation, and process enablement.Triage issues effectively, provide structured responses, and drive resolution.Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights and organized reports.Facilitate meetings, presentations, and workshops with both technical and non-technical audiences.Ensure alignment of business requirements with technology solutions and delivery timelines.Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across engagements.Required QualificationsProven experience as a Delivery Lead with strong Business Analyst expertise.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Demonstrated problem-solving ability with real examples of issue triage and resolution.Strong documentation skills with high attention to detail.Solid technology background, particularly in data analytics and data transformation.Experience working closely with SDLC teams in enterprise environments.Ability to interpret complex data and present insights in a structured, business-friendly format.If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
