Job Description

Key Responsibilities:OSD & Imaging:Design and maintain SCCM task sequences for Windows 10/11 deployments.Manage PXE boot, WDS, MDT, and driver packages.Create and maintain gold images using DISM and MDT.Automate imaging workflows using PowerShell and other scripting tools.Infrastructure Management:Maintain SCCM infrastructure: site servers, distribution points, boundaries.Monitor and optimize SCCM health and performance.Implement and manage compliance baselines and application deployments.Modern Endpoint Integration:Support co-management scenarios with Intune and Autopilot.Ensure seamless integration between SCCM and cloud-based endpoint solutions.Security & Compliance:Ensure all images and deployments meet security and compliance standards.Collaborate with security teams to implement CIS benchmarks and patching policies.Documentation & Collaboration:Maintain detailed documentation of imaging processes and SCCM configurations.Provide mentorship and technical guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 engineers.Collaborate with desktop support, networking, and security teams.Required Qualifications:6+ years of experience with SCCM/MECM in enterprise environments.Expert-level knowledge of OSD, PXE, MDT, WDS, DISM, and driver management.Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, VBScript, and Batch.Experience with Windows Autopilot and Intune.Experience in Windows 11 MigrationExcellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.Strong communication and documentation abilities.Preferred Certifications:Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator AssociateCompulsory SCCM certificationsDesired ITIL v2A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to HCL policies.
