Job Title: Salesforce Business AnalystLocation: Onsite - Houston, TexasLong Term ContractWe are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive successful Salesforce delivery. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business requirements, translating them into well-defined user stories, and supporting the end-to-end delivery lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.Break down requirements into clear, actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.Work closely with developers and architects during design and development phases.Validate implemented solutions through functional testing and ensure they meet business needs.Review completed functionalities and provide sign-off based on business acceptance.Generate and manage work items, backlog, and sprint artifacts.Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups as needed.Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.Required Skills & Experience:8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong Salesforce project exposure.Good understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related processes.Proven experience writing user stories and managing Agile backlogs.Hands-on experience in functional testing and UAT coordination.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and documentation skills.
