About CarWireCarWire is an automotive fintech startup focused on recovering dealer capital at scaleWe automate lien payoffs, floorplan submissions, and fund recovery "” processes that dealership controllers are currently managing manually across portals, spreadsheets, and systems with limited visibility.CarWire is a fast-growing startup scaling toward enterprise dealer groups.About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager - Dealer Operations to own the full dealership journey with CarWire.This role is responsible for the seamless transition from Sales to Operations "” including integration setup, onboarding, training, and long-term adoption of the platform.This is a hands-on, high-impact role at an early-stage company. You'll need to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and building as you go.This is not a narrow onboarding or support role "” it is the core operational function driving dealer success.What You'll Do• Own the full dealer lifecycle from contract to active usage • Lead handoffs from Sales and manage onboarding + training • Configure integrations, ACH parameters, lender protocols, and workflows • Drive adoption across dealer accounts and identify friction points early • Train CFOs, Controllers, Office Managers, and Title Clerks across workflowsWho You Are• You don't wait for direction "” you figure it out and move • Experienced in dealership operations, automotive software, or fintech workflows • Strong background in dealership accounting (preferred) • Highly organized and detail-oriented across multiple accounts • Technically fluent with systems, integrations, and data workflows • Deep understanding of floorplan, reconciliations, and month-end close • Familiar with DMS platforms (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, DealerSocket, etc.) • Strong communicator who can train and influence operational behavior • Resourceful problem-solver comfortable navigating ambiguity • Curious, proactive, and committed to delivering a high-quality dealer experienceWhy CarWire• Be a foundational team member at a high-growth fintech startup • Work in a fast-paced environment where your ideas matter • Help build and scale something from the ground up • Join a team focused on innovation, execution, and impactCompensationCompetitive and commensurate with experience.
