AI Architect (Azure AI / Copilot / GenAI)Central North Dallas, TX (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise AI solutions, with a focus on Generative AI, Azure AI services, and Copilot technologiesThis role combines strategic architecture with hands-on development, and requires strong communication skills to partner with leadership on AI roadmaps and adoption strategies.Key Responsibilities:AI Architecture & StrategyDesign end-to-end AI architectures using Microsoft AI platforms (Azure AI, Copilot, etc.)Define scalable reference architectures for Generative AI solutionsGuide platform teams on AI infrastructure readiness and best practicesOptimize compute, storage, and operational costsEstablish AI governance frameworks aligned with security, compliance, and data standardsDesign monitoring, auditability, and lifecycle management for AI systemsAI Development & IntegrationDevelop AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry and Copilot StudioBuild LLM-powered applications (RAG, embeddings, vector search)Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and APIsWork with Microsoft ecosystem tools (Power Platform, Power BI, Fabric, Graph API)Design and extend Copilot-based solutionsLeadership & AdvisoryIdentify AI use cases and translate business needs into technical solutionsDefine AI roadmaps, blueprints, and adoption strategiesPresent solutions and strategies to executive leadershipMentor development teams and support proof-of-concept initiativesRequired Skills:Strong experience with Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector search)Hands-on experience with Azure AI, Copilot, and Microsoft AI ecosystemExperience integrating AI solutions via REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, FabricStrong architectural design and problem-solving skillsExperience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)Excellent communication and presentation skills (technical + executive level)Requirements:Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card required)W2 employment only (no C2C or third-party arrangements)Ability to work onsite in North Dallas 3 days per weekTSA PreCheck eligibility requiredWhy This Role:Work on cutting-edge AI and Copilot initiativesHigh-visibility role with leadership interactionOpportunity to shape enterprise AI strategy
