W2 (negotiable based on experience)SummaryVerigent's client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented AV Support Technician to provide day-to-day support for conference rooms and collaboration technologies. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless meeting experiences by supporting users, maintaining AV systems, and performing proactive room checks.Responsibilities• Provide onsite support for meetings, including setup, troubleshooting, and live assistance.• Perform pre-meeting checks to ensure all conference room technology is fully operational.• Assist users with joining and hosting meetings.• Configure and set up new users on AV and collaboration platforms.• Monitor and maintain conference room equipment to ensure consistent performance.• Troubleshoot AV issues related to audio, video, and connectivity in real time.• Support and maintain integrated AV systems, including control panels and DSPs.• Escalate complex technical issues as needed and document resolutions.• Coordinate with IT and facilities teams for ongoing support and improvements.Qualifications• 3-5+ years of experience in AV support, IT support, or a related field.• Hands-on experience supporting conference room technology.• Familiarity with Creston, Extron, and/or Biamp systems.• Strong troubleshooting skills across audio, video, and connectivity issues.• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
