The firm offers a dynamic and entrepreneurial work environment with direct exposure to high-profile development and investment opportunities.Position OverviewConcord Wilshire is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join its Miami office. The ideal candidate will possess 6+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions, development, construction, and financial underwriting across multiple asset classes, including residential, hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use developments.This position offers direct involvement with senior leadership and development teams on active investment, development, and construction projects throughout the United States. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial analysis, underwriting, project evaluation, budgeting, forecasting, and investment reporting.CW offers competitive compensation, performance-based bonuses, health benefits, and a flexible hybrid work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform financial analysis, underwriting, and valuation of real estate acquisitions and development projects, including multifamily, hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use assets. · Develop and maintain detailed financial models, proformas, cash flow analyses, sensitivity analyses, and investment return metrics including IRR, equity multiples, and profitability analyses. · Prepare development budgets, project forecasts, capital expenditure analyses, and investment reporting packages. · Conduct due diligence and market research related to acquisitions, financing, leasing, and development opportunities. · Analyze purchase and sale agreements, operating statements, leases, consultant proposals, construction bids, and financing structures. · Prepare investment memorandums, underwriting summaries, and presentations for ownership, lenders, investors, and internal decision-making. · Coordinate with development, construction, acquisitions, accounting, and asset management teams to support project execution and reporting. · Compile and analyze financial and operational data from various divisions to evaluate project performance and profitability. · Assist with lender, investor, and capital partner reporting as required. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate or related field required. · Master's degree and/or advanced real estate finance coursework preferred. · Minimum 6 years of experience in real estate financial analysis, acquisitions, development, or construction finance. · Strong understanding of real estate development fundamentals, capital markets, and investment underwriting. · Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel financial modeling and real estate analysis. · Experience with Argus and institutional-quality underwriting models preferred. · REFM certification preferred. · Strong quantitative, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare professional investment presentations and reports. · Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. · Highly motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
