ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking an exceptional Store Manager to lead our luxury boutique and deliver an elevated client experience that reflects the highest standards of service, craftsmanship, and brand excellence. This role is ideal for a passionate, client-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment and has a proven ability to drive sales, inspire teams, and execute operational excellence.As Store Manager, you will serve as the face of the brand in-store "” cultivating meaningful client relationships, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring every aspect of the business reflects our premium brand standards.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Leadership & Business PerformanceAchieve and exceed store sales goals and key performance indicators including revenue, conversion, UPT, ATV, and client retention.Set clear sales goals for the team and coach associates to consistently deliver strong results.Analyze sales reports, business trends, and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improved performance.Partner with leadership to develop and execute strategic business initiatives and local growth opportunities.Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering exceptional luxury service and client engagement.Client Experience & Clienteling Champion a culture of personalized, elevated customer service that exceeds expectations.Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and repeat clients through proactive clienteling.Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, discretion, and urgency.Ensure every client interaction reflects the prestige and values of the brand.Team Leadership & DevelopmentRecruit, train, develop, and retain a high-performing and motivated sales team.Foster a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven store culture.Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance evaluations to support team growth and accountability.Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and exceptional service levels.Lead by example with professionalism, positivity, and strong leadership presence.Merchandising and Visual Presentation Execute and maintain merchandising standards and visual directives in alignment with brand guidelines.Ensure the sales floor and back-of-house areas remain organized, clean, and visually compelling at all times.Oversee in-store promotional activations, events, and product launches.Inventory & Operations ManagementOversee all inventory management processes including stock control, cycle counts, reconciliation, and loss prevention.Monitor stock levels and partner with the company on replenishment needs and inventory strategies.Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, facilities, vendor coordination, and policy compliance.Maintain consistent communication with corporate partners and leadership teams to ensure operational alignment and execution.Marketing & Brand Partnership Collaborate with the brand on local marketing initiatives, community outreach, and in-store events to grow brand awareness and customer loyalty.Serve as the primary liaison between the store and corporate office, ensuring all brand standards and initiatives are executed with excellence.QualificationsMinimum 3-5 years of retail management experience, with at least 2-3 years in a luxury or premium retail environment.Proven track record of driving sales performance and exceeding business goals.Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and operational excellence.Proficiency in retail POS systems, inventory management software, and reporting tools.Polished, professional presence aligned with luxury brand standards.Jewelry or luxury accessories experience preferred.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, and move throughout the store for extended periods.Ability to lift and move merchandise and supplies up to 50 pounds.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.What we offer:Competitive base salary commensurate with experiencePerformance-based bonus opportunitiesComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)Opportunity to grow within a dynamic luxury brandCollaborative, high-performing, and client-focused culture
