Day to day, this role leads supply chain processes from materials pricing and BOM analysis through delivery execution and flexibility performance, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business objectives. The individual will provide direction to commodity management teams, supporting source selection, contract negotiations, and cost optimization strategies for critical and strategic commodities. They will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to optimize products for supply chain performance and support flawless product launches. The role also includes leading costed bid analysis, quarterly BOM costing exercises, supplier performance management, and participation in customer and supplier business reviews. Success in this position relies on strong judgment, cross-functional influence, and the ability to independently develop solutions to complex supply chain challenges in a fast-paced, global environment.Compensation:$120K to $130K per year annual salary + 15% annual bonus Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
