This role offers hands-on experience contributing to video content that supports firmwide priorities, brand storytelling, and marketing efforts. As an intern, you will be involved throughout the full video production lifecycle from pre-production planning to filming and post-production editing. You'll work closely with the Director of Brand & Multimedia, Graphic Designers, and the Multimedia Producer, gaining exposure to both strategic creative direction and execution. This is an ideal opportunity for a student passionate about video, storytelling, and digital media to build technical skills and a professional portfolio while working on meaningful, real-world projects.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning, filming, and editing of video content for marketing, brand, and internal initiativesAssist with pre-production tasks such as concept development, shot planning, and organizing production logisticsParticipate in on-site and in-office video shoots, supporting as a production assistantEdit video content using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, incorporating feedback and revisionsHelp manage and organize video assets, footage, and project filesContribute to both planned campaigns and ad hoc video projects as business needs evolveEnsure high-quality output with strong attention to detail, brand consistency, and storytellingExplore and incorporate new tools and technologies, including AI, into video editing and content ideationStay up to date on video trends and digital content best practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both creative and non-technical stakeholdersParticipate in intern programming including lunch & learns and networking opportunitiesQualificationsJunior or Senior status pursuing a bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related fieldPreferred GPA of 3.0 or higherPortfolio or samples required for considerationStrong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design thinking, and attention to detailProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro and After EffectsBasic understanding of video production workflows, including filming, editing, and post-productionExperience working on Mac systemsInterest in storytelling, digital media, and emerging technologiesFamiliarity with AI tools for editing or content ideation is a plusEffective written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsCollaborative mindset with the ability to work across all levels of the organizationProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteResourceful, proactive problem-solver with a strong work ethicSelf-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment What We Offer:At Cresset, we focus on people first.
