Project ManagerLocation: Fort Worth, TX (Aledo / West Fort Worth Area)Industry: Luxury Custom Residential ConstructionSalary Range: $135,000 - $145,000 + Company Vehicle + Bonus + BenefitsPosition SummaryThe Project Manager is responsible for leading day to day execution of luxury custom home projects from preconstruction through completion. This role manages schedules, budgets, subcontractors, quality control, and client communication to ensure projects are delivered with precision and predictability.The ideal candidate has 4 to 10 years of experience managing high end residential construction, strong field leadership skills, and the ability to operate with organization and accountability in a fast paced, luxury custom building environment.Key Responsibilities: Project ExecutionManage day to day construction activities across assigned projectsMaintain and actively manage detailed project schedules and critical path itemsOversee job site quality control and enforce company standardsIdentify and resolve field issues proactively to avoid delays or cost overrunsEnsure projects are delivered on time and within approved budgetsPreconstruction CoordinationCoordinate architectural plans, engineering, design documents, and specifications to prepare accurate scopes of workImprove pricing workflows and ensure trade partners receive complete and clear bid packagesWork closely with the owner to refine preconstruction processes and deliver high quality proposalsVendor and Trade ManagementCoordinate subcontractor scheduling and sequencingEnsure trades understand scope expectations and quality standardsMaintain job site cleanliness and professional standardsVerify completed work prior to payment approvalsEnforce insurance compliance and safety standardsBudget and Cost ControlsTrack project budgets and review cost reports regularlyApprove invoices and manage change ordersCommunicate cost impacts clearly and promptlyMonitor allowances and selections to maintain financial controlClient CommunicationServe as the primary point of contact during constructionConduct regular client updates and job site meetingsMaintain organized documentation and communication recordsDeliver a structured and professional client experienceSystems and Process AdherenceUtilize Buildertrend and other internal systems consistentlyMaintain accurate daily logs, schedules, and financial trackingContribute to process improvements and operational refinementQualifications4 to 10 years of experience managing residential construction projectsDirect experience building luxury custom homes is requiredStrong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, sequencing, and field coordinationExperience with Buildertrend, Procore, Bluebeam, and estimating platforms preferredAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsStrong communication skills with both clients and tradesAbility to work on site in the Fort Worth areaCompensationCompetitive salary based on experiencePerformance based bonusesCompany provided truckHealth and dental insurancePaid time offCompany provided technology and toolsLong term growth opportunity within a high end custom homebuilding company
