Construction Project ManagerA nationally recognized construction and project management firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-profile arena construction project in the Kalamazoo area.This is an opportunity to join a highly respected, safety-focused organization known for delivering complex commercial projects through collaborative leadership, innovative problem-solving, and strong client partnerships.The ideal candidate will bring deep experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects "” ideally including sports, entertainment, or arena environments "” with a strong background in building envelope systems, project execution, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.Key Responsibilities:• Lead day-to-day project management activities on a major, multi-year, construction project• Oversee construction execution, scheduling, budgeting, safety, quality, and subcontractor coordination• Manage project financials, change orders, and constructability reviews• Lead Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders• Coordinate complex building systems, phasing plans, and construction sequencing• Drive projects to successful completion while maintaining schedule, budget, and safety expectationsQualifications:• 15+ years of commercial construction project management experience• Experience managing large-scale, complex construction projects required• Arena, stadium, entertainment, or similarly complex project experience strongly preferred• Strong understanding of construction operations, envelope systems, scheduling, and budgeting• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred• MIOSHA 30 certification preferredWhy This Opportunity?• High-visibility landmark project• Strong company culture focused on teamwork and safety• Long-term growth potential with a respected industry leader• Collaborative, people-first environment• Competitive compensation and benefits package
