We're looking for driven professionals who take pride in their craft and enjoy working both independently and as part of a high-performing team.About the RoleAs a Journeyman Electrician, you'll install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment. This role requires strong technical knowledge, a solid understanding of electrical codes, and the ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents. Excellent communication and a proactive, safety-first mindset are essential.What You'll DoPerform electrical tasks with general supervisionRead and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsInstall, terminate, and troubleshoot control wiringInstall and terminate feedersPerform wire and conduit sizingInstall and terminate switchgear and devicesHandle underground layout and rough-in workTroubleshoot motors and controls; read one-line diagramsInstall and bend Rigid, EMT, and ENT conduitRun and test computer cables and jacksComplete work orders and track materials usedEnsure compliance with the National Electrical CodePerform additional duties as needed to support project successQualifications18+ years oldHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalentActive Journeyman Electrical License (as required)Completion of OSHA 10, OSHA 30, equipment training, and all safety certificationsAbility to identify wire colors and read prints/schematicsExperience with power tools, saws, threaders, hydraulic benders, and similar equipmentAbility to dig trenches and safely operate equipment such as trenchers, backhoes, and liftsAbility to operate company vehicles (manual and automatic)Ability to work on energized circuits (with proper company approval)Physical RequirementsAbility to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, push, and pullLift up to 51 lbsStand and move for extended periodsClimb various ladder types and work at heights up to 90'Work in all weather conditionsUse construction-site facilitiesCarry a personal tool belt (approx. 30 lbs)Work in confined spaces (manholes, tunnels, crawl spaces, attics)Wear required PPE at all timesWork full shifts, overtime, and night shifts as neededCareer Growth PathJourneyman ?
