We deliver the full spectrum of data center solutions to some of the world's most demanding Network, Content, and Cloud customers.The RoleThe Capital Markets Manager will lead the preparation and execution of complex financing transactions to support M&A and organic growth initiatives across our global portfolio. This position reports to a Regional Director of Corporate Finance.Primary ResponsibilitiesCreating and optimising financing strategies across funding solutionsLeading end-to-end execution of financing transactions including lender strategy, due diligence coordination, advisor management, and documentation negotiationTransaction-related financial modelling and support for broader financing processesSupporting the development and execution of mid and long-term financing strategy globallyStructuring and executing derivative transactionsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with lenders, investors, and advisorsCooperating with Portfolio Management on financing portfolio oversightContributing to the build-out of the Capital Markets function and broader Treasury organisationWhat We're Looking For5+ years of relevant experience in structured/project finance, corporate finance, treasury, or investment/wholesale bankingMaster's degree in business economics or econometricsStrong financial modelling skills (Excel) and PowerPointExperience in data centers, infrastructure, construction, energy renewables, or real estate is a plusSelf-starter with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders across disciplinesCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive package offered.
