Production Manager - Kid's Apparel

Our client, an apparel company, is looking for a Production Manager for their kids apparel. Responsibilities:Oversee end-to-end product development and production across multiple children's categories, from concept and proto sampling through bulk delivery.Collaborate with designers on fabric, trims, and garment construction, ensuring feasibility, cost-efficiency, and compliance with children's safety regulations (snaps, buttons, flammability, etc.).Manage the seasonal calendar, track milestones, and troubleshoot bottlenecks to keep product on schedule.Review and approve samples, and fit comments, ensuring consistency in quality, fit, and brand standards.Coordinate with domestic and overseas vendors on costing, approvals, and production execution.Partner with cross-functional teams"”including sales, design, sourcing, and logistics"”to deliver product that meets both creative vision and commercial goals.Manage workflow and motivate technical and production staff to support efficient development and on-time execution.
