With a commitment to sustainability, ABCD Logistics consistently drives value for its clients across various industries.Job DescriptionCoordinating national and international transportation and freight Managing import and export documentation (EEI, BOL, AWB, DGD, Bonds)Handling cargo including hazmat and project cargoManaging bonded cargo and documentation, including liaising with carriers regarding departure dates and updates on bonded shipments.Ensuring the accuracy of shipment details and documentationQualificationsBilingual (fluent in English and Spanish)3-5 years minimum in the logistics/import/export industryExperience with air and ocean freightMust live in the Miami area, this is an on-site jobExcellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teamsCompetency in Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management to monitor stock levels and oversee the end-to-end logistics processDetail-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlinesProficiency with logistics software and Google Workspace / Microsoft teams
