The industry is in rapid expansion and we need people to assist in the production of our vast product line.Job Description:The Injection Molding Shift Supervisor oversees shift performance in Safety, Quality, Productivity, and policy compliance across plastic and rubber molding operations. This role works closely with management, operators, and technicians to ensure safe operations, execute production schedules, and meet quality and time standards. Responsible for driving adherence to procedures and supporting operational goals. Strong leadership, organization, injection molding experience, and reliable attendance are required.Duties and Responsibilities:Execute production priorities based on schedules and demand requirementsSupervise daily operations across plastic and rubber injection molding processesLead shift start-up meetings covering safety, production, and qualityAssign and direct work; provide hands-on guidance to operators and techniciansCoordinate with other shifts and departments to ensure continuity of operationsManage work orders, material readiness, WIP control, and inventory accuracyPerform mold changes and support setup, troubleshooting, and process optimizationMonitor production performance; track and act on KPIs (efficiency, OEE, scrap, output)Ensure adherence to material handling, machine operation, and safety standardsConduct in-process quality checks and ensure compliance with specificationsMaintain a safe work environment; perform routine safety auditsCoach employees, address performance issues, and support disciplinary actionsParticipating in hiring, staff planning, and employee developmentApprove timecards and manage attendance in alignment with staffing needsSupport development and improvement of standard work and operating proceduresSkills and Qualifications:Prior experience in plastic and/or rubber injection molding (setup, processing, troubleshooting)Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of production metrics (OEE, efficiency, scrap, throughput)Ability to manage schedules, prioritize work, and drive results under pressureEffective communication and team leadership skillsHands-on mechanical aptitude and problem-solving capabilityConsistent attendance and reliabilityEducation:Minimum: High school diploma or GEDPreferred (not required): Associate degree or technical certification in: Plastics Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical/Industrial TechnologySalary Range: $85,000 - $100,000BenefitsEmployer paid Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance3 weeks of PTO (up to four weeks with tenure) with seven paid holidays401k with up to 4% employer matchAdditional paid parental leave beyond state/federal offeringsQuarterly catered lunch events for all employeesRAM Mounts product discountsPosition StatusFull TimePosition LocationOn-SiteShift: DayA drug screening will also be required (THC or Marijuana not screened during pre-employment test).
