The Regulatory Analyst is responsible for reviewing and validating product regulatory information to ensure accuracy between on-pack labels and online content. This role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage and track data discrepancies across multiple systems. The analyst will collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to maintain data integrity and support continuous improvement efforts in product information quality.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and proofread online regulatory information to ensure consistency with packaging labelsAnalyze data patterns and trends to assess the integrity and accuracy of product informationPerform data validation using both automated and manual review processesFollow established Standard Operating Procedures to ensure accuracy and complianceDocument inconsistencies, log discrepancies, and conduct trend analysis for escalation to leadershipPrioritize multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlinesCommunicate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate representation of all products onlineTypical DayDaily tasks include reviewing product images and online regulatory data for consistency, managing data logs, tracking discrepancies, and analyzing error trends.
