Our facility is dedicated to the disassembly, inspection, repair, and maintenance of aircraft engines while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.As part of Hanwha Group, a Fortune Global 500 company founded in 1952, Hanwha AeroTechnix combines global innovation with technical expertise to deliver advanced aerospace solutions that support customers worldwide.OverviewWe are seeking for a skilled Director, Technical Records with an additional responsibility to perform key account management to join our team and oversee the relationship(s) of Hanwha AeroTechnix with its most important client(s).The successful candidate will be the lead point of contact and chief liaison for key client matters, anticipating the client's needs, working within the company to drive processes that ensure client deadlines are met to help the client succeed. The key account manager will also bring in new business from assigned clients and will develop new relationships with potential clients.Along with day-to-day "hands-on" records activities, you will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining key customers by fully assessing, understanding, communicating, and executing on their requirements and unspoken needs.The ideal candidate will be skilled in building relationships with strategic customers, able to identify needs and requirements to match customers with our capabilities and promote our company's solutions, achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction. The goal is to sustain and grow our business with each strategic client achieving long-term business relationships.This person should also possess outstanding customer management skills, honed customer service skills, and a passion for presenting innovative technical records and business solutions.The ideal fit will be innovative enough to suggest tailored solutions to common technical issues and operate effectively and efficiently in the very fast-paced lessor and airline environment.We value a candidate who is passionate about growing our existing accounts while proactively pursuing new accounts and identifying roadblocks and obstacles to increasing our business. Dedication to growing the business and facilitating excellent communications flow between our clients and internal executives within Hanwha is a must.Key Responsibilities:Perform and/or assist in records audits as required to ensure the correctness and completeness of inspection reports and/or the final product prior to presentation to the client.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, managing onsite and remote project teams, providing them with direction and oversight of technical representatives while they are on assignment, including identifying and contracting the best technical representative for any given project.Leverage technical acumen to provide solutions to technical representatives while on assignment.Ability to identify and follow through to resolve discrepancies identified during records audits.Training Hanwha technical representatives to ensure they have and can use the tools Hanwha and/or its clients utilize.Ensure technical representatives provide the highest standards of customer service and follow Hanwha Client(s) company policies.Leverage technical acumen as the subject matter expert to suggest innovative solutions that serve the clients and HANWHA's best interests.Develop trust relationships with clients to ensure retention by acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, both spoken and unspoken.Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams - primary liaison.Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.Periodic meetings with client technical teams on customer satisfaction and process improvements, preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts for internal review and present client program reviews using key account metrics.Experience & SkillsPrevious experience in an airline or lessor environment, working in or with technical records and/or maintenance or planning departments.Demonstrated business acumen with a deep understanding of aircraft and engine regulatory requirements for back-to-birth trace and for aircraft inspection and maintenance record requirements.Independently keeping up with industry records standards outside the normal regulatory requirements.Knowledge and proficiency understanding aircraft lease agreements and technical return conditions including maintenance reserves and maintenance reserve accounting practices.Strong people skills, excellent oral and written communication skills with aptitude in building relationships; must be able to negotiate and problem-solve in real time.Excellent organizational skills and extreme diligence and time-management, with emphasis on project prioritization in a potentially stressful and multitasking environment.Critical Thinking and Critical thinking skills, understanding mathematical and analytical data.Self-motivated and self-directed attributes are a must.Proficiency with CRM software, various data repository cloud platforms, Microsoft applications; PowerPoint, Word, and Excel with an emphasis on superior Excel skills.
