Recruiting Operations & Coordinator | Boutique AI Talent Advisory | Remote (Austin, TX preferred)This isn't a scheduling job. It's a front-row seat to how elite talent strategy gets done.Our client is a boutique talent advisory practice working exclusively with Tier-1 AI and private equity clients "” and we're hiring the first key team member to grow alongside them.You'll work directly with the principal "” a 10+ year top-1% biller and builder with roots in major staffing firms and top-tier consulting "” on live searches spanning AI strategy, product, post-sales, and leadership mandates. No 30-person team. No micro-niche. Real work, real clients, real mentorship from day one.What this role actually is:A blended EA / ops / recruiting seat with a clear runway to full-cycle search and, eventually, your own book of business. The progression is explicit:Right-hand operator "” own the calendar, inbox, pipeline, and processCandidate-facing "” screening calls, updates, stakeholder commsFull-cycle search "” run mandates end to endYour own seat "” hire your own replacement beneath youDay-to-day, you'll: ? Own scheduling, calendaring, and inbox management across active searches ? Coordinate all candidate logistics "” interview scheduling, follow-ups, feedback tracking ? Maintain clean, structured data across ATS, Notion, and spreadsheets ? Triage and screen high volumes of inbound applicants ? Support sourcing, list-building, and initial outreach as you ramp ? Help build and continuously improve recruiting workflows and documentationYou're a fit if you are:? 0-3 years into your career in recruiting coordination, EA/PA, consulting, or ops? Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail? High IQ and EQ "” comfortable eventually engaging senior candidates and hiring managers? Hungry, coachable, and genuinely ambitious about growing into a more senior search role? Comfortable in a lean, entrepreneurial environment with changing priorities? Based in the US "” Austin/Texas strongly preferred for future in-person collaboration?
