Marketing CoordinatorLocation: Tampa, FL (On-site, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM)Employment Type: Full-timeSalary: $65,000-$70,000We are partnering with a growing commercial real estate firm to identify a Marketing Coordinator to support a busy and collaborative Tampa office. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has strong design and project coordination skills, and is looking to grow within commercial real estate. For candidates with deeper industry experience, the role can flex toward a Marketing Manager level.About the RoleIn this role, you will support a team of agents by bringing property listings to life through well-executed marketing materials and campaigns. You will balance creative work with day-to-day coordination, so strong organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities are key.You will work closely with leadership, including a remote CMO, and interact regularly with agents, executives, and clients. The team has established templates, systems, and processes in place to help you stay efficient and organized.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate marketing materials including flyers, email campaigns, and social media content for property listingsDevelop maps, aerials, and visual layouts to showcase locations, surrounding areas, and competitive landscapesBuild presentations and tour books for client meetings and site selection effortsManage and update listings across internal systems and third-party platformsSupport email marketing campaigns using tools like MailchimpTrack and report on marketing activity and campaign performanceEnsure property signage and marketing assets are accurate and up to datePartner with agents to highlight listings and identify opportunities to enhance visibilityMaintain organized digital files for listings and marketing materialsProvide general office and coordination support as neededQualificationsMarketing experience, ideally within commercial real estateStrong communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple projects and shifting prioritiesExperience with Canva and Adobe PhotoshopFamiliarity with email marketing tools such as MailchimpExperience creating maps, layouts, or working with market data is a plusHighly organized, detail-oriented, and dependableThis is an in-office, team-oriented environment supporting a growing business.
