Delivery Manager

Optomi, in partnership with a leading entertainment brand, is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to help inspire magic by enabling application development and support teams to push the limits of business and technology. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will conduct and/or facilitate the maintenance, administration, and support of a Supply Chain Warehouse Management application portfolio. You will work independently and with Managed Service Providers to conduct day-to-day maintenance and administration of software platforms, identify root causes of operational issues, and manage support relationships with vendors.
