Job Title: General Manager Location: Ronkonkoma area (Long Island, NY)Salary: $200k - $250k base salary, plus 20% bonus, benefits packageESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSStrategic LeadershipDevelop and execute site-level strategic plans aligned with corporate growth objectivesDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on scalability, efficiency, and margin expansionPartner with executive leadership on long-term business planning, capital investments, and acquisitions integrationOperational ExcellenceLead day-to-day operations across manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chainEnsure production targets, on-time delivery (OTD), and cost objectives are consistently metImplement Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization initiativesMonitor KPIs and drive accountability across all functional leadersFinancial PerformanceOwn full P&L responsibility, including revenue growth, cost control, and EBITDA performanceDevelop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure plansIdentify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiencyQuality & ComplianceEnsure compliance with AS9100, ISO standards, and all aerospace regulatory requirementsMaintain audit readiness for customers, FAA, and third-party certificationsLead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes and continuous quality improvementLeadership & Talent DevelopmentBuild, lead, and develop a high-performing leadership teamDrive a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous developmentPartner with HR to implement talent planning, succession planning, and performance management processesFoster a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to all EHS standardsCustomer & Commercial FocusSupport key customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfactionCollaborate with sales and business development on growth initiativesParticipate in customer visits, audits, and strategic account reviewsCross-Functional CollaborationAlign with corporate functions on HR, finance, IT, and compliance initiativesLead integration and standardization efforts across the broader organizationEnsure alignment with company-wide systems, policies, and processesEDUCATION REQUIREDBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required; MBA preferred10+ years of progressive leadership experience in aerospace manufacturing or a highly regulated industrial environmentProven experience managing full P&L responsibilityStrong background in operations, quality systems, and continuous improvement
