Oracle EBS OTC Consultant 5+ months contract Dallas, TX - 2-3 days per week for local candidates, if not local they must be willing to travel up to 75%, with travel expenses reimbursed.AGIS experienceRecent AROTC EBS7-15 year experience in Oracle EBSResponsibilities:Provide Level 2/3 application support to clients and users of cloud-based enterprise applicationsExecute the day-to-day maintenance activities of EBS application (Order To Cash) including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews - Identify, document, and manage client business / functional requirementsAssess client requirements and build of product specific functional specificationsDrive efficiency by continuously improving business process and task automationCollaborate with diverse onshore/offshore teammates on the software development process and agile methodologiesLead client facing meetingsLead workshops and presentations of key solution design, technology architecture concepts and demonstrations to client stakeholders; Work as part of a team to implement solutions in an Agile-SCRUM framework by writing epics and user storiesQualifications:Minimum six years' experience in post-production, managed services support or consulting experience working directly with internal/external clientsBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in the fields of management information systems, finance, supply chain, general business, or a related disciplineExperience with upgrades and functional testing, understanding of ITIL framework, ITSM and service desk managementStrong functional and technical knowledge of standard processes and configurations across cloud applicationsExcellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skillsAbility to scale projects from small to largeStrong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and written and oral communications skills and the ability to articulate ideas effectivelyAbility to work closely with a mixed team including project managers, technical consultants (both on and offshore) and clients to deploy and operate technology solutions, including the ability to identify a problem and enact a multi-step approach to research the cause and resolve.
