This role is hybrid to downtown Chicago and 6+ month contract RESPONSIBILITIES:• Design and produce learning assets (e.g., e-learning modules, videos, training decks)• Translate complex content into clear, structured, and visually effective formats• Apply brand guidelines consistently across learning materials• Support development of digital learning content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Articulate and basic video creation/editing tools (such as Colossyan, Synthesia or iMovie)• Improve readability, flow, and usability of existing materials• Partner with program leads and subject matter experts to iterate quickly on content• Maintain visual consistency and templates across the learning program• Manage multiple requests and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment• Improve clarity and comprehension of content through effective visual design and layout• Leverage AI and tools to accelerate content developmentQUALIFICATIONS:• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, learning design, or content design• Strong ability to translate information into clear visual formats• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Synthesia, or similar• Experience creating structured content (e.g., presentations, guides, learning materials)• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute quickly• Ability to take direction and iterate based on feedback• A portfolio is required to be considered for this position.• Experience working within brand guidelines• Exposure to corporate or B2B environments• Basic understanding of user experience or information design principles• Experience supporting learning or training programs• Familiarity with e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate Rise or similar)Pay: 35/hr EDUCATION• Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Education, or a related field. Alternative pathways equally valued, such as self-taught designers or non-traditional backgrounds with proven portfolio of work
