SAP IBP Principal Consultant

Role:- SAP IBP Principal ConsultantLocation:- Atlanata,GAJob Type:- FullTimeJob Description:-Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and develop detailed requirement specifications.Define and develop solution architecture for ERP customizations and integration efforts.Design and implement advanced customizations based on ERP platform capabilities and limitations.Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect ERP systems with external applications.Implement advanced performance optimization strategies for scalability, reliability, and user experience.Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops.Required QualificationsExperience with SAP IBP for Supply and Supply Chain Planning.At least 1 full cycle implementation of IBP for Supply with sound exposure to IBP configuration and support experience.S4-IBP integration for Master Data and Transaction Data.Deep understanding of IBP Supply planning process, including heuristic and optimizer.Past experience in supporting APO Supply planning and integration is a plus.Ability to work with offshore teams to coordinate production support.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.Technical Skills & ExperienceExperience with ERP systems, architecture, and advanced customization techniques.Ability to design complex integration solutions and guide large-scale data migrations.Deep understanding of compliance requirements, security protocols, and performance optimization methodologies.Knowledge of S4HANA and SAP IBP.Strong expertise in supply chain planning and transaction data management.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.Preferred QualificationsCI-DS trouble-shooting experience is desirable.Strong customer service capability with a willingness to learn quickly and contribute to the team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Integration experience with Demand, Inventory, and Replenishment Planning is a plus.SAP IBP for Supply planning experience is highly desirable.
