This is a strong entry point for someone looking to build a career in institutional real estate investing with hands-on exposure to underwriting, due diligence, and portfolio-level analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare pro forma cash flow projections in Argus Enterprise and Excel for quarterly appraisal valuationsPrepare pro forma cash flow projections for the analysis of potential acquisitions and redevelopmentsPerform due diligence including lease abstraction, contract review, and financial statement analysisConduct comparative analyses of property budgets across leasing, rent, expenses, and capital expendituresAnalyze demographic and market dataPerform ad hoc analyses to support operating decisions and investment client requestsAssist in preparation of the annual strategic plan presented to investment partnersQualificationsBachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or AccountingEntry-level to early career candidates welcomeStrong Excel and Microsoft Office skillsExcellent quantitative analysis skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailStrong work ethic and team playerArgus Enterprise / DCF software experience a plusYardi experience a plusCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary plus performance bonus.
