This is a space that's evolving quickly. As AI becomes more embedded in how software is built, the way companies assess engineering talent is changing. This team is building the infrastructure to support that shift, working with a large global customer base.This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer. You'll work directly with customers, acting as the technical bridge during implementation and helping drive adoption in real-world environments.What You'll DoWork directly with customers onsite, leading discovery, pilots, and technical engagementsAct as the primary technical point of contact across implementationsPartner with engineers, recruiters, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and design solutionsBuild, configure, and debug integrations, APIs, and workflowsKeep projects on track through strong execution and clear communicationCollaborate with product and engineering to bring customer feedback into the roadmapWhat We're Looking ForStrong engineering background (full stack or backend)Experience in a customer-facing role (forward deployed, solutions, or similar)Ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholdersComfortable working with APIs, integrations, and debugging systemsHigh ownership and strong executionBonusExperience with developer tools, HR tech, or API-first platformsExperience working with enterprise customersExperience delivering projects end-to-endBenefits Salary: $180,000 - $220,000k (DOE).
