Strong leadership expertise in the moving and relocation sector is a must.Key Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including dispatch, inventory control, storage, and receiving. Oversee moving crews, drivers, and warehouse employees to guarantee effective scheduling and workflow synchronisation. Organise workplace moves, storage projects, and incoming and outgoing shipments of household goods (HHG). Create and implement operating policies, OSHA compliance requirements, and warehouse safety protocols. Monitor fleet vehicles, storage materials, and warehouse equipment to guarantee operational preparedness. Work together with the sales, customer service, and operations departments to support client satisfaction and move planning. Increase efficiency, optimise workflow procedures, storage utilisation, and warehouse layout. Oversee vendor relationships for facilities services, equipment upkeep, and warehouse supplies.
