Job Title: Recruiter ILocation: Maple Grove, MN, 55311Work Type: Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite (additional onsite days may be required)Duration: 12-Month ContractJob Summary:We are seeking a Recruiter I to support high-volume hiring efforts for Medical Assembler and manufacturing-related positions. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring activities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for indirect labor, manufacturing, or production roles and be comfortable managing multiple openings simultaneously.Key Responsibilities:Manage high-volume recruiting and sourcing activities for Medical Assembler and production roles.Utilize ATS and resume management systems to screen, track, and hire candidates efficiently.Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through sourcing strategies, referrals, community outreach, and recruiting events.Conduct structured interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications.Prepare, extend, and negotiate job offers while ensuring compliance with company policies and pay guidelines.Participate in bi-weekly onsite job fairs, including candidate coordination, interviewing, and same-day hiring decisions.Maintain accurate candidate and employee records within HR systems.Serve as a point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners regarding recruiting processes and hiring procedures.Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and streamline hiring processes.Required Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent.Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience.Experience with high-volume recruiting for indirect labor or manufacturing roles.Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Preferred Qualifications:Recruiting experience within manufacturing, production, or medical device environments.Associate or bachelor's degree with a focus in Human Resources or related field.Additional Information:Hybrid schedule requiring onsite presence 3 days per week in Maple Grove, MN.Additional onsite support may be needed based on business demands.Fast-paced recruiting environment with aggressive staffing goals.Feel free to forward my email to your friends/colleagues who might be available.
