(Pay rate varies based on experience)Work Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PMJob Description:We are hiring an HR Business Analyst / Onboarding Specialist to support high-volume onboarding operations for a fast-growing global semiconductor organization in Santa Clara, CA.Key Responsibilities:• Manage onboarding operations for U.S. and Canada hires• Initiate and track background checks• Conduct I-9 verifications and support Workday data entry• Coordinate Day One onboarding and orientation sessions• Respond to employee inquiries through ServiceNow or ticketing systems• Support onboarding audits, documentation tracking, and compliance activitiesRequired Skills:? Prior onboarding and background check experience? Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, or similar HR systems preferred? Strong communication and public speaking skills? Detail-oriented and compliance-focused mindset?
