In this role, the coordinator will be responsible for supporting department activities that support organizational growth and branding. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Support the department through the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and projectsWork cross functionally with various teams to identify and collect the resources required for each assigned projectEstablish professional relationships with outside production vendors and agencies to assist in coordination of marketing activitiesSupport Sales and Marketing leadership to manage deadlines, project budgets and prepare reports for each campaign Participate in website review and updates as neededRegular and consistent attendanceDevelop and curate engaging content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram and FacebookSchedule a minimum of two posts per week on social media platformsAssist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels.Monitor social media channels for industry trends.Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.Understand all publishable content must abide by Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) rules and regulationsAll other duties assigned as neededOTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:Understanding of senior healthcare is a plusUnderstanding of social media trends is a plusBasic knowledge of Canva and Photoshop is a plusKnowledge of video editing software is a plus (FinalCut, Adobe Premiere)Knowledge of social media management tools are a plus (Hootsuite, Monday)Able to speak a second language is desired (Vietnamese/Korean/Chinese/Spanish)EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh School diploma requiredBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or other related fieldStrong organizational skills requiredAble to build and foster strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholdersExcellent communication skills both oral and writtenDetailed understanding of technology including website optimization, desktop computer and telephone systemAble to meet deadlines in a fast paced environmentTravel is required for event planning, event pre-meetings and event attendance Must be able to present professionally BENEFITS:• 401(k)• Dental Insurance• Health Insurance• Life Insurance• Vision Insurance• Paid Time Off• Free catered lunches
