They have a clear strategy to 10x their footprint over the next decade.We are looking for a Senior Asset Management Analyst who wants more than just a desk job. The Impact You Will MakeThis isn't a typical "back-office" analyst role. You will bridge the gap between financial strategy and boots-on-the-ground operations, split across two key areas:Strategic Analysis (50%): You will drive property performance through monthly financial reviews, identifying top priorities for each asset, and managing business plans through completion. You'll work closely with in-house construction team on value-add renovations and product selection.Operational Execution (50%): You will be on the road visiting assets, understanding property-level nuances, and building high-impact relationships with third-party property management partners.What You Bring to the TableExperience: 2-4 years in Real Estate Investment, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Brokerage.The Toolkit: Advanced financial modeling skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable property-level strategies.Value-Add Mindset: Experience in multifamily value-add strategies is highly preferred. While affordable housing experience is a plus, we value your analytical "horsepower" and drive above specific sector knowledge.Entrepreneurial Spirit: We love candidates who eventually want to own their own portfolios.
