This role is onsite. Duties include: -Source and screen candidates for open roles -Coordinate interviews and communicate with hiring managers -Maintain job postings and update the company website and job boards - Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding - Ensure paperwork, processes, and timelines are completed accurately - Coordinate employee milestones (e.g., annual reviews, key dates, birthdays) - Serve as a coordinator for onboarding and select recruiting activities - Support employee retention and satisfaction initiatives - Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback - Assist with annual review coordination and tracking - Act as a point of contact for general employee questions and support
