BioPhaseBioPhase is seeking a QA Complaint Intake Specialist to support complaint intake, documentation, and follow-up activities for a medical device company in San Diego. This is a fast-moving, short-term contract opportunity ideal for candidates with experience in Quality Assurance, complaint handling, customer support, or regulated documentation environments.Responsibilities:Receive and document product complaint information from internal teams, customer support, and other approved channelsEnter and maintain complaint records within the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS)Review complaint details for completeness and follow up on missing or unclear informationCoordinate with cross-functional teams to gather supporting documentation and investigation detailsTrack complaint follow-up activities, returned product status, and related documentationSupport complaint trending, reporting, and quality system timelinesEscalate urgent or potentially reportable events to QA Management as neededQualifications:1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, complaint handling, customer support, regulated documentation, or a related fieldMedical device or pharmaceutical industry experience preferredExperience working within an eQMS or regulated environment is a plusStrong attention to detail, organization, and communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Additional Details:No college degree requiredLocal San Diego candidates onlyLooking for candidates available to start ASAPFirm 12-week contract assignmentIf interested, please apply directly or reach out to BioPhase for more information.
