Your ability to CLOSE over the phone matters more than your ability to talk about diamonds.If you know how to:• Handle objections naturally• Build urgency without sounding desperate• Listen carefully to clients and structure irresistible offers• Control conversations confidently• Close high-ticket sales over the phone• Turn leads into long-term luxury clients...then we want to meet you.What matters to us:? REAL sales experience? Strong closing skills? Confidence speaking on the phone for hours? Fluent or native English AND Spanish? Comfortable working with commissions? Competitive mindset?
