Partnerships & Sales CoordinatorLocation: Los Angeles or Las Vegas preferred. West Coast candidates only. We are performance-first.As we grow, we are looking for someone who can help bring Bomber into the right rooms, the right facilities, the right pro shops, the right studios, the right events, and the right partnerships.This role is rooted in relationships. The goal is revenue.About the RoleWe are seeking a Partnerships & Sales Coordinator to help grow Bomber through wholesale accounts, retail partnerships, studio relationships, event opportunities, and future ambassador and affiliate programs.This role is for someone who knows how to build trust, open doors, follow through, and close.The first priority will be selling Bomber wholesale and retail partnership packages. This includes outreach, relationship building, account management, order coordination, and revenue tracking.Over time, the role may expand into ambassador relationships, affiliate coordination, studio partnerships, event activations, and athlete/community programs.This is not an admin role. This is a growth role.Key ResponsibilitiesWholesale & Retail Partnership GrowthResearch, identify, and contact potential wholesale and retail partnersBuild relationships with pro shops, gyms, studios, trainers, events, clubs, and performance communitiesPitch Bomber product and partnership packages with clarity and confidenceDrive new account opportunities from outreach to closeSupport reorder conversations and long-term account growthMaintain organized records of outreach, responses, leads, and deal statusPartner Relationship ManagementServe as a professional point of contact for new and existing partnersCommunicate product offerings, pricing, minimums, timelines, and next stepsCoordinate with internal team members on inventory, shipping, invoicing, samples, and fulfillmentEnsure each partner experience reflects the Bomber standardEvents & Field GrowthIdentify events, studios, gyms, clubs, tournaments, and activations where Bomber should be presentAttend local and regional opportunities when neededRepresent Bomber with composure, product knowledge, and professionalismHelp evaluate opportunities based on revenue potential, audience alignment, and brand fitFuture Growth AreasSupport ambassador and affiliate programs as the channel developsHelp identify aligned athletes, trainers, studios, and performance partnersTrack partnership performance and make recommendations for growthSupport select community activations and product seeding opportunitiesWhat You Bring2+ years in sales, partnerships, retail, fitness, or a client-facing growth role with a strong track record of driving revenue and building relationshipsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsComfortable with outreach, follow-up, pitching, and closingSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyOrganized, reliable, and consistent with follow-throughComfortable tracking leads, sales activity, and partner detailsBased on the West Coast, with ability to drive to local opportunities and travel as neededStrong interest in performance apparel, sport, training, wellness, or athlete cultureA Strong Fit If YouKnow how to build trust quicklyCan represent a premium brand with confidence and restraintAre competitive, but relationship-ledDo not wait to be told what to doCan turn conversations into revenueUnderstand that growth requires follow-up, consistency, and ownershipCare about product, presentation, and brand standardWhy This Role MattersThis role directly supports Bomber's growth.The right person will help us expand into aligned retail locations, performance spaces, training communities, and wholesale partnerships.
