This company operates on a large international scale and is known for its people-first culture and commitment to employee engagement. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic HR team supporting corporate initiatives and employee programs.Job Description:The part-time HR Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to senior HR leadership and broader HR functions. This role will focus heavily on coordination, employee support, and assisting with internal programs, including employee engagement initiatives and resource groups. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to senior HR leadership, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense processingAssist with budgeting activities, invoice tracking, and financial coordination across HR functionsSupport onboarding efforts, including coordination of new hire orientations and logisticsAct as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits, payroll, and HR programsMaintain accurate and compliant employee records, files, and documentationPrepare reports, presentations, and internal HR materialsAssist with planning and execution of employee engagement events and initiativesSupport internal programs and projects, including corporate social responsibility effortsCollaborate with HR team members on various administrative and operational tasksQualifications:3+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in Human ResourcesBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferredStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Experience with systems such as expense reporting, travel coordination, or HRIS platforms preferredAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of professionalism with the ability to handle confidential informationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAdditional Details:Contract for 6+ monthsOpportunity to support global HR initiatives and leadershipCollaborative, team-oriented environment with high visibilityPerks:Exposure to senior leadership and strategic HR initiativesOpportunity to contribute to employee engagement and culture programsFast-paced and dynamic work environmentAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
