This person will play a critical role in supporting and scaling their hiring efforts. This is a highly visible position, focused on delivering an exceptional candidate experience and driving operational excellence across the recruiting process.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys owning the details, improving processes, and contributing to the growth of a high-performing & brilliant team!THE NITTY GRITTY:Own end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination across multiple roles and stagesManage complex calendars and ensure timely & seamless executionServe as the first point of contact for candidates, creating a welcoming and professional experienceAct as the internal expert on the applicant tracking system (Ashby), optimizing workflows, reporting, and data managementLeverage AI tools to streamline coordination tasksEnhance candidate communications and support sourcing & screening effortsMaintain accurate and up-to-date hiring pipelinesPartner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth, high-quality hiring process from initial outreach through offer stageTHE ESSENTIALS:2+ years of experience as a Recruiting CoordinatorDeep expertise with ATS management (strong preference for Ashby experience)Experience working in recruiting at a tech startup and/or high growth tech company preferredStrong familiarity and enthusiasm for using AI tools to improve efficiencyExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage competing priorities effectivelyProfessional, warm communication styleTHE CHERRY ON TOP:Amazing opportunity for long-term growth & career-advancement as the company scalesWork alongside a brilliant & accomplished team!LOCATION: San Francisco, CA (Onsite)COMPENSATION: $75k to 100k base salary + equity + benefits (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)What are you waiting for?
