Delivery Manager

Delivery Manager (Supply Chain)Optomi, in partnership with a leading enterprise organization, is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to support Supply Chain and Warehouse Management applications within a large-scale operational environment. This individual will partner closely with business stakeholders, managed service providers, and technology teams to maintain and support mission-critical warehouse and logistics platforms. This role is ideal for someone with strong Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience, a solid understanding of IT operations and security, and the ability to bridge communication between technical and business teams.Responsibilities:Support the maintenance, administration, and operational stability of Supply Chain and Warehouse Management applicationsCollaborate with business leaders, vendors, and technical teams to resolve system challenges and improve application performanceIdentify root causes of operational and application issues and coordinate resolutionsManage support relationships with third-party vendors and service providersEnsure compliance with IT Security standards and best practicesParticipate in ongoing enhancements, upgrades, and support initiativesDrive communication and collaboration across business and technology teamsRequired Qualifications:5-7+ years of experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall project methodologiesStrong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)Knowledge of IT Security best practices and vulnerability managementExperience supporting cloud-hosted services such as Azure, AWS, or GCPStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsBachelor's degree required OR 15+ years of relevant experiencePreferred Qualifications:Experience with Supply Chain and Logistics systemsFamiliarity with Jira and Agile workflowsKnowledge of network connectivity and wireless technologiesExperience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar enterprise platforms
