Job Title:Project Management SpecialistLocation: Raleigh, North Carolina, (Hybrid)Duration: 12 monthsThis position will support our Area PM's to maintain Change Logs and Compliance Reporting for Muti-Year Substation Optimization and Area Capacity projects in Triangle North and South. The PM specialist will be providing support to develop monthly PowerPoint 's for Project Execution Reviews. Additionally this role will support working with the cross-functional Carolina teams to ensure work orders that have been canceled or orphaned be identified to find a capital charging home when possible. Familiarity with work management systems such as Maximo and our Power Plan systems are desirable.Education Requirement: Bachelor Degree minimumTop 3 responsibilities:• The role centers on collaborating with the team to identify and implement strategies that reduce O&M costs associated with work orders.• Entails overseeing and maintaining consolidated change logs to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of project changes.• Preparing comprehensive documentation for project review meetings.Must-have skills or certifications:• The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a willingness to learn and adapt, and a consistently positive attitude.• They should also be able to think independently while effectively collaborating within a team setting. Possession of a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.• Maximo and Power Plan skills are preferred.• Years of experience: 3-5+
