E-commerce Operations Senior AnalystRetail$46.45 per hourMonday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pmColumbus, Ohio3 Month Contract What You'll Do:PDP Data & Salesforce ExecutionExecute day-to-day PDP data updates in Salesforce for international partner sitesBuild, update, and deliver product data for floorsets, special collections, and launchesMaintain product and asset trackers to support on-time partner deliveryProactively identify missing data or assets and drive resolution with internal teamsManage partner data requests and confirm completion clearly and proactivelyDigital Site Plans & Site UpdatesBuild and maintain digital site plans covering homepage content, PLPs, features, and campaignsDeliver clear, well-organized site plans aligned with brand and merchandising directionTrack changes to ensure all planned content is delivered accurately and on timeLaunch & Cross-Functional ExecutionSupport new launches and site updates by tracking data, content, and asset readinessProvide regular status updates and surface risks with suggested next stepsAdapt priorities as launch plans and business needs evolveExecution ExpectationsDeliver accurate, thoughtful work with strong attention to detailCommunicate clearly and proactively around status, timelines, and risksStay organized across Salesforce, trackers, and site plansWork independently within established processes while flagging issues earlyCollaborate effectively across teams and with external partnersWhat We're Looking For: 4-7+ years of experience in eCommerce operations, digital merchandising, or related fieldsStrong data management and attention to detailEcomm/digital operations experience (PDP, merchandising, QA)Ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environmentClear and structured communicatorExperience with Salesforce, CMS platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)Experience working with cross-functional teamsApply Today!Upload your resume - no cover letter required.
