Recognized for our commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and exceptional design, we partner with architects, interior designers, and hospitality professionals to create timeless spaces that inspire.The opportunity:We are seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead the creative vision, brand expression, and asset execution across all customer touchpoints. This role is ideal for a strategic and highly creative leader who can define and evolve a distinct brand point of view, build consistency and cohesion, and translate that vision into compelling storytelling that drives both long-term brand equity and near term performance.The Creative Director will oversee the development of creative assets for E-Commerce, social,email, paid media, in-store signage, and brand campaigns, ensuring consistency and elevated design standards. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, E-Commerce, buying, merchandising, and leadership to ensure creative work supports brand growth, customer engagement, and business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Creative Strategy & Brand Leadership.Own and evolve the brand's creative vision, visual language, and point of view across all platforms and environments.Develop and maintain creative guidelines, brand standards, and foundational brand storytelling frameworks.Lead conceptual development for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and key initiatives that strengthen brand differentiation and desirability.Blend editorial storytelling with commercial outcomes, creating creative that elevates brand desire while also driving conversion and performance.Digital, Physical & Campaign DevelopmentOversee creative execution across e-commerce, social media, email marketing, digital advertising, site content, and brand storytelling.Direct the creative development of digital assets, including homepage design, landing pages, banners, product storytelling, lookbooks, and campaign toolkits.Lead creative direction for photoshoots and content production, including concept development, mood boards, shot lists, styling direction, on-set art direction, and post-production.Oversee creative direction for in-store signage and retail storytelling, ensuring alignment with digital and campaign work.Ensure all content is premium, cohesive, and reflective of the brand's luxury positioning.Team Leadership & Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with marketing, E-Commerce, merchandising, and brand teams to align creative vision with campaign calendars and product narratives.Collaborate with the growth marketing team to develop creative that supports testing, optimization, and growth goals.Provide clear, creative feedback and direction to ensure consistency and excellence across all outputs.Brand & Performance BalanceEnsure creative balances brand building and performance outcomes, driving engagement, conversion, and long-term brand value.Use customer insights, analytics, and cultural trends to inform creative direction and continuously elevate brand storytelling.Qualifications:5+ years of creative leadership experience within luxury retail and/or lifestyle brands.Proven ability to define brand creative direction and execute across digital, campaign, and retail environments.Strong portfolio demonstrating brand building, campaign concepting, and elevated visual storytelling.Experience directing photoshoots and content production from concept to completion.Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.Experience leveraging AI and emerging creative technologies to accelerate concept development, asset creation, testing, and personalization across digital channels.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; AI familiarity with Figma preferred.Experience in omnichannel retail with both digital and physical brand touchpoints.Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and customer psychology.Experience partnering with performance teams while maintaining brand standards.Compensation Details:Starting Salary:We provide a competitive salary of $120,000 - $160,000.
