Lease Admin AnalystSan Jose, CA (Onsite Tues-Thurs)4 Months (Potential for extension or conversion)Schedule: Hours 9-6Job Description:Work EnvironmentGlobal portfolio for data centersTeam is globalTypical ResponsibilitiesConduct reconciliations for small to medium-sized clients to ensure operating expenses align with lease termsUphold integrity of real estate portfolio data for large, complex global portfoliosAssist asset managers in reviewing invoices and contractual termsKey ResponsibilitiesFinancial Administration & SupportManage purchase order lifecycle for leased asset portfolioRequest, track, and monitor POs ensuring proper fund allocationServe as primary contact for AP inquiriesValidate invoices against contractual termsResolve or escalate billing discrepancies to Asset ManagerMonitor/report invoices to ensure compliance with vendor obligations Compliance & Certificate ManagementCollect, track, and maintain required industry certificates from service providersEnsure service providers adhere to regulatory and internal operational standards Contractual & Operational SupportProvide support for periodic/ad hoc vendor contract reviewsDeliver reporting on vendor compliance and status to lease asset management teamMust-Have SkillsLeasing asset management backgroundExperience revising portfolios and invoices (small to medium scale)Commercial real estate experience (not residential/apartment leasing)Knowledge of AP/PO processes and lease administrationAbility to review rent invoices, contracts, and approve/move forwardNice-to-Have SkillsExperience in data center spaceProficiency with spreadsheets (intermediate to advanced)Ability to create formulas, run reports, manage detailed spreadsheetsGoogle Suites proficiencyReporting tools experience (Looker Studio, Power BI comparable)Salesforce experienceSelf-starter mindsetQualificationsExperience: Minimum 5 yearsEducation: Bachelor's degree preferred (open to alternatives)Interview Process:Virtual
