They'll be working with others for the technical writing, but they'll play a key role in getting information from the floor to ensure the manuals are accurate.DescriptionSupport, develop and coordinate activities related to implementing and maintaining customer documentation per customer requirements. Completes final screening of documentation prior to submitting it to customer.ExperienceAssociate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must demonstrate working level knowledge of customer interface. Preferably experience working with FORD, FCA, GM and Tier-1 suppliers.EducationAssociate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
