This is a contract-to-hire opportunity where you will provide day-to-day leadership and support to both onshore and offshore AR teams. The ideal candidate brings a hands-on leadership style, strong revenue cycle knowledge, and the ability to manage change within a growing organization.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management requiredPrior leadership experience, including overseeing or mentoring a teamStrong understanding of accounts receivable workflows, reporting, and insurance follow-up processesAbility to manage performance, address issues professionally, and maintain team moraleProficiency with EMR systems, clearinghouses, and Microsoft Office toolsKey Responsibilities:Lead and support AR staff across onshore and offshore teamsOversee accounts receivable processes, reporting, and performance metricsMonitor workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency and improvementAddress team questions, escalations, and personnel matters with consistency and fairnessPartner with management on process transitions and operational updatesEnsure AR activities align with organizational standards and timelinesAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
