We're looking for anHR Data Analyst. You will support the development of powerful insights and reporting associated with our people and positions. As a key partner to the HR Leadership Team, you will work closely with Finance leaders and managers across the team to support data requests, reporting requirements, and compensation administration.Compensation: $70-$80K/yr DOEAvailability: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.Duties & Responsibilities:Leverage your advanced Excel skills to support, maintain, and develop flawless people-related reportsManage a wide variety of data tasks and reporting requirements, including some within tight timelinesAnalyze data for trends and patternsServe as a key administrator for Dayforce: accurately process changes associated with our people and positions, and influence the advancement of user self-service through education and supportSupport the advancement of reporting dashboardsAssist in the implementation and administration of our compensation programs, ensuring each job is accurately aligned with the right job levelSupport the compensation survey process to collect and analyze competitive salary informationAssist in reviewing proposed salary adjustments for pay equity and process alignmentEvaluate job descriptions for FLSA alignmentCreate and distribute job change worksheets to managersQualifications:A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience in Human Resources or Finance3+ years of analyst experience; experience helping administer compensation programs a plusAdvanced Excel skills; experience with Dayforce administration is strongly desired A passion for detail and analytics with a drive to go beyond the task at hand to provide stellar serviceOutstanding problem-solving skillsCulture Agility.
