If you want to work for a company that is not only a household name, but also truly cares about satisfying customers' financial needs and helping people succeed financially, apply today.Contract Duration: 12 Months + extensionsRequired Skills & Experience8+ years of experience in technology roles, including significant hands-on software development experience.Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager leading complex, engineering-driven initiatives.Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines, including tools and workflows from GitHub through production deployment.Experience with hybrid infrastructure environments:On-premises to cloud migrationsCloud-to-cloud integrationsOn-prem to on-prem transformationsFamiliarity with both traditional application SDLC and modern data platforms (data lakes, data pipelines).Strong understanding of DevOps practices, automation, and deployment strategies.Experience working with modern automation and developer productivity tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, similar tools, or emerging platforms such as Cursor/Devon).Demonstrated ability to work effectively with offshore teams.What You Will Be DoingLead end-to-end delivery of application and data platform projects across hybrid environments (on-premises to cloud, cloud-to-cloud, and on-prem to on-prem).Oversee planning, execution, tracking, and delivery of projects, ensuring milestones, risks, and dependencies are actively managed.Partner closely with development, DevOps, and data engineering teams to ensure seamless CI/CD pipeline execution from code commit (GitHub) through production support.Drive implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines for both traditional SDLC applications and modern data lake architectures.Ensure alignment between architecture, development, and deployment strategies across environments.Collaborate with global teams, including offshore partners (India), to manage requirements, timelines, and deliverables.Monitor progress, remove blockers, and ensure accountability for deliverables across cross-functional teams.Facilitate technical discussions and provide guidance where necessary, leveraging prior development experience.
