Outside Sales and Customer Service RepresentativeLocation/Onsite: Madison, Wisconsin Area | OnsiteOur client is seeking a Sales and Customer Service Representative to join their growing food service sales team in the Madison, Wisconsin area. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity with a rapidly expanding contract food-service company serving businesses throughout South Central Wisconsin.Do you enjoy building relationships and closing new business? You'll meet with prospective clients, present food and beverage service solutions, and help customers understand the value of the company's products and systems. This position plays an important role in supporting company growth while delivering excellent customer experiences and long-term client partnerships.Responsibilities include:Prospecting and selling new business accounts on behalf of the companyScheduling meetings and preparing proposals for prospective customersDeveloping and maintaining strong customer relationshipsMaintaining organized customer records and account informationExplaining product features, services, and benefits to customersAssisting with installations, catering events, and grand openings for new customersTraining customer employees on products and systemsUsing email and Microsoft Office tools for communication and organizationCompleting additional duties and responsibilities as assignedRequirements and Qualifications:Previous outside sales or face-to-face sales experience required (3+ years)Able to work around 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with heavy driving and prospecting responsibilities several days per weekFood and beverage industry experience preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsHighly self-motivated with a strong drive to generate new businessExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailPositive attitude and outgoing personalityEagerness to learn and adapt to new processes and systemsBasic technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office and emailValid driver's license and clean driving record requiredAbility to pass a drug screening and background checkAbout the Hiring Company:Our client is a successful and rapidly growing contract food-service company based in the Madison, Wisconsin area.
